Hi dear all!
I stop recalling the memories for a while to introduce to you my very first baby...
Alhamdulillah, very much thank you to Allah for His bless and love that I managed to realised my baby named "Seandainya..." with the trust given by Kaki Novel. The launched has been done in a very small blueish ceremony at Taman Tasik Titiwangsa on 27 Feb. 2011.
My most appreciation to my husband, Papa Nasir for his love, guidance and support that eventually this manuscript came into a book. My most grateful to all friends and family who have been the initiator and inspiration to this story.
Is this a real or fantasy? If I say "Seandainya..." is a real stroy, then my first publisher was right, it has no commercial value. But I could not denied that part of this story has been initiated from the environment I was in and from the phenomena I have seen. A bigger part of it is the writer's imagination on how a life should be ideally plus practically is.
I got my copy of the book after the launching. I started to read as to found out that my prologue and epilog has been omitted. Initially I was quite dissapointed... but later on I rationalize my mind. Slowly I understand the publisher's purpose omitting the prologue and epiloge. Looking at the way the story is presented by KN in book form, it emphasized on the Shamsul Azhar character. He was the character it the first and remain in the last chapter.
By all mean, my prologue is likely affect the story line shall be remained. While my epilogue will somehow dissappoint the kind readers. The epilogue shall remained in the book will picture out that the whole reading is a waste since the story is just a dream. I therefore thank you the editor and KN for their wise and expertist rendered.
However I am quite dissappointed in myself right after finishing my own reading on the book. So many to improve. Seandainya I could improve it before it come out... oh no.. no and no. It has become a book, and I am very grateful.
I am yet receiving any comments on my first baby. Definitely there will be some weaknesses here and there, but I really pray that reader could get my message through the story. Apart of writing for commercial, my pure objective is again reflect my teaching principle. I want to share my little knowledge and tell people what I feel and what I wanted to feel...
