These are among the English Romance novel
I have on my book shelve since I was young...
Don't get me wrong!
They are not blue books, instead they are good (at least for me) to learn about life and relationship and crucially to me it is the medium
where I learned English vocab indirectly and interestingly.
Honestly, kalau buku-buku ini diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa ibunda,
me myself segan juga nak baca...
but when there are told in English, selalunya the blushing could always be covered.
And these are 3 of my favourites.
Until September touched me deep.
Tentang seseorang yang menghidapi sejenis penyakit dan juga tahu hayatnya tidak lama, cuba menikmati hidup ini dalam saki baki usianya (kalau tidak silap sayalah, dah lama sangat baca).
The Sweetest Thing, I remembered buying it for the title. Selain dari sinopsis, saya juga suka beli buku yang tajuknya sangat cantik, sangat unik dan sangat menarik.
And, JUST FRIENDS... this I love very much.
Buku ni saya beli sewaktu transit penerbangan pulang
dari Gold Coast (atau ke Gold Coast?) Sorry, I could not remember correctly.
Waited for hours di Changi Airport, Singapore tu buat saya bosan sahaja.
Jalan-jalan and end up di kedai buku, my habit...
Masa tu bukan ada duit sangat pun, so belek sana sini, this book attracted me most. It is about man an woman who being friend... macam biasa akan lahir kind of feels...
tapi ending is... just friend jugak!
From this novel,
I came to know that
it is very hard for a man and woman to be friend without some feeling later...
